HARVARD — Not for the first time, selectmen talked about MassDevelopment’s four rezoning proposals for Devens, tentatively slated to become warrant articles at a Super Town Meeting in the three stakeholder towns of Ayer, Harvard and Shirley next spring.
The conversation came up when Selectman Leo Blair was asked to sketch the last Joint Boards of Selectmen meeting, But Blair turned to fellow selectmen Stu Sklar and Ron Ricci, both of whom were also there.
Sklar said there was some “miscommunication” among JBOS members on one of the proposed changes, which seeks to rezone the so-called Village Growth area, to allow 120 units of senior housing there.
