AYER — Downtown Ayer is bustling. The late 19th-century brick buildings are home to businesses and residents alike.
Restaurants abound. Some are new within the last few years. Others have stood the test of time. One has yet to arrive: the New England Flatbread and Ale Company should open in a month, said Town Administrator Robert Pontbriand.
Retail establishments ranging from beauty spas to a liquor store take care of your other needs.
