Bird walks to be held at Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge in Harvard, Devens.

Experienced “birders” Dick and Peggy Knowlton will lead their annual birding walks at 7 a.m. May 7 and 21 at the Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge.

Participants will meet at the parking lot at the end of Still River Depot Road in Harvard. Walkers should bring binoculars, and if possible, a field guide. Appropriate for birders of all levels.

This free event is organized by the Friends of the Oxbow NWR in conjunction with the Department of Fish and Wildlife. For information: 978-779-2259.
